Looking for a cricket camp in Cornwall where children can develop their skills, build confidence and learn from expert coaches? Truro School’s Rajasthan Royals Cricket Camp offers an exciting opportunity for young cricketers of all abilities to improve their game in a fun, supportive and professional environment.
Delivered in partnership with Rajasthan Royals and led by Cornwall’s only Level 4 cricket coach, Sean Hooper, this specialist cricket camp is designed to help players develop their batting, bowling, fielding and game awareness while enjoying an action-packed day of cricket.
Whether your child is picking up a bat for the first time or already plays competitive cricket, our coaching programme provides tailored support to help every player reach their full potential. Softball and hardball coaching options are available throughout the camp, ensuring a positive and challenging experience for all ages and abilities.

Participants will take part in a variety of engaging cricket coaching sessions, including:

Coaching Philosophy
At the Rajasthan Royals Cricket Camp, coaching is about unlocking each player’s potential and helping them maximise their performance.
Our experienced coaches create engaging and challenging sessions that encourage players to think for themselves, solve problems and build confidence. Communication is central to the coaching process, with players encouraged to share their thoughts, ask questions and actively participate in their own development.
By focusing on long-term player growth rather than short-term results, the camp helps young cricketers develop the skills, mindset and understanding needed to succeed at every level of the game.
About Sean Hooper
Sean Hooper is Cornwall’s only ECB Level 4 Cricket Coach and brings extensive experience coaching players from beginner level through to first-class cricket.
As Head Coach, Sean is committed to delivering the highest standards of cricket coaching and player development. His experience across grassroots, youth and performance cricket ensures that players receive expert guidance tailored to their age, ability and goals.
Sean continually updates his coaching knowledge and methodology to reflect the latest developments in cricket coaching, helping young players develop both technically and tactically while fostering a genuine enjoyment of the sport.
