Burrell Theatre Drama workshops
Christmas Snow White Pantomime special
We will be running a two day workshop at Truro School’s Burrell Theatre:
Date: 19th – 20th December (Both days must be attended)
Age range: 7-13 years old.
COST: The cost of the camp will be £60 for two days.
Bookings for this will go live on the website on Friday 18th November at 1200.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A theatre workshop based on the famous fairy tale ‘Snow White’ – using dialogue, dance and physical theatre which will create a pantomime style performance of the story.
This workshop will give your child the opportunity to make friends, have fun playing drama games and theatrical exercises and also develop some great drama skills led by our experienced team within the Burrell Theatre at Truro School. They will also have the opportunity to make some props and we hope to use stage make-up and costume to enhance their characterisation.
Your child does not need any previous acting or dancing experience, just a willingness to be part of an ensemble and have fun!
Their work will be showcased as a pantomime performance at the end of the second day enhanced by the use of sound and lighting for parents and carers.
