SBA Welcomes new gym equipment upgrade

Over Christmas 2015 the SBA gym has undergone a face lift and upgraded all the fixed resistance equipment to the newest Life fitness model specifications. This puts the facility as one of the best equipped gyms in Truro.

The new equipment which is fully adjustable to suit a variety of sizes, and weights increases in 2.5 kg increments, will help gym goers develop their strength is a safe environment. Our staff are also on hand to assist members use the equipment and give a step by step guide to get maximum benefit.
